Len Andel – Managing Director
Len has had extensive experience for over 20 years in the plumbing, civil works and
construction industries. He is the founder of Andel Commercial Plumbing and has
continued to take a hands on approach to the leadership and growth of the company.
Gary Tyrrell – Operations Manager
Gary has over 15 years of plumbing and construction experience where he has forged a
career that started as an apprentice plumber, progressed through maintenance plumbing
and commercial works and he currently heads our operations sector. Gary’s wealth of
knowledge, coupled with an eye for detail in both estimating and on site works, makes him
an effective and valued member of our team.
Brian Boyens – Operations Supervisor
Brian has been an outstanding member of the Andel Commercial Plumbing team for the past
10 years in which he has steadily progressed to supervisory level due to his detailed
plumbing knowledge and ability to complete projects on time, on budget and to an exacting
standard, while maintaining high levels of staff cohesion and safety.
Jason Sharpe – Maintenance Supervisor
Jason joined the Andel Commercial Plumbing team in early 2010 and since then has
systematically moulded a cooperative and highly skilled team of maintenance plumbers able
to undertake all facets of plumbing in a safe and efficient manner. His reliability and
organisational skills are the reasons for his success in this role and why he is an asset to this
company and to our clients.
